Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Sketchmate ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Sketchmate is a real-time multiplayer drawing party game where players describe, draw, and receive AI-generated scores and commentary. The app is available on iOS devices.

Subscriptions

• Sketchmate Premium is available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription at $3.99/month (USD). Prices may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions at any time.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Premium Features

Premium subscribers get access to themed image packs, exclusive premium avatars, priority AI judging, and early access to new content. Free users have access to the Classic prompt pack and core gameplay features.

User Conduct

• You must be at least 4 years old to use the app (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
• You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• You agree not to create offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content through the drawing features.
• We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend access for violations of these terms.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, logos, and content are owned by Sketchmate and protected by intellectual property laws. Drawings you create during gameplay remain yours, but you grant us a limited license to process them for AI judging during active game sessions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and AI-generated scores and commentary are for entertainment purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sketchmate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
